Project Role Description :Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary:As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and leveraging low-code platforms to deliver effective solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance.
