Project Role :Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer
Project Role Description :Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary:As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. You will engage with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required standards and effectively serve the organization’s objectives. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Monitor application performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies.

Experience with application configuration and management tools.

Familiarity with low-code development platforms.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues efficiently.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
