What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Talking to cool fashion founders, making meaningful conversations , pitching LaFetch, and building your own network in the industry.
• Attending the best fashion events, launches, and sometimes shoots—think of it as work + the best backstage pass ever.
• Hunting down the freshest, most stylish brands and sliding into their inboxes/DMs like you were born for it.
• Helping onboard brands smoothly so they’re live and selling on LaFetch in no time.
• Shadowing Category Managers, learning how to run a category, and getting hands-on startup experience.
• Being part of brand campaigns and collaborations that actually hit the market.

Who We’re Looking For

• Extroverted, curious, and fashion-obsessed.
• Someone who’s not shy to pick up the phone, strike a conversation, or walk up to a founder at an event.
• A quick learner who can juggle multiple things and still keep it fun.
• Students/fresh grads who want to make their first big break in fashion & e-commerce.

The Basics

• Location: Gurgaon office (onsite, 5 days a week).
• Duration: 2–3 months (with a chance to convert full-time if you crush it).
