Other - Automation/Architect (Additional Transition Role)

Responsibilities: oIn depth knowledge on IBM IWA / IWS environment. o System administration of mainly IWS distributed network (install upgrade patching). Manage SW technical roadmap oSetup + maintain standards for the IWS network oAssist in installation, configuration and tuning of IWS distributed master(s) on AIX Linux (SA + HA) oAssist in the installation, automation, and tuning of IWS-agents on open systems (Linux, AIX, Windows) in collaboration with other teams (security, system administrators, ) oProvide own the design, deployment, automation, and scripting solutions to drive new capabilities, visibility, and efficiency oIn depth knowledge of automation frameworks - including but not limited to automated testing, orchestration workflows, schema modification oIn depth knowledge of both Debian and RedHat based Linux operating systems oCollaborate with other technical platforms and partners to engineer automated and integrated solutions between tools, services, teams that increase availability, reliability, and performance oOwn and ensure the internal and external SLAs meet and exceed expectations oTroubleshoot production availability incidents that often span across multiple teams and services. oLead production incident post-mortems, and contribute to solutions to prevent problem recurrence; with the goal of automated response to all non-exceptional service conditions oCommunicate to business and technical partners on incidents as they occur when they impact system performance or availability at a critical level oExcellent decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Certifications:. Experience: Proven experience in IBM WA Automation Scheduler, hands on experience on implementation of script based automation in the environment. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in using vulnerability scanning tools, and excellent communication abilities. Strong experience in Python, Ansible, Github, Jenkins, PowerShell, Shell Scripting etc
