Provide automation support, medium-level troubleshooting, and handle PLC-related debugging in production environments.
1. Handle medium-level automation breakdowns.
2. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
3. Support PLC fault analysis and debugging.
4. Assist in commissioning and line bring-up.
5. Troubleshoot servo, IPC, sensor & vision systems.
6. Support RCA and issue documentation.
7. Train fresher-level engineers and technicians.
8. Work with cross-functional teams.
9. Improve machine uptime and reliability.
10. Coordinate with vendors when required.
11. Maintain all technical logs.
12. Support all sites when needed.
- Good PLC understanding
- Servo and vision system knowledge
