1. Experience in UIM Cartridge development
2. Hands-on experience in developing and debugging WebServices
3. Extension Points configuration and rule set development
4. Integration of UIM with upstream systems using web services
5. UIM PSR model & be able to model logical as well as physical inventory in UIM cartridge
6. Able to develop rule sets, extension points, etc in the cartridge.
7. Should have good working knowledge in UNIX / LINUX environment / Unix
8. Understanding of the Oracle RODOD/RSDOD Solution
9. Should possess awareness of TMF/eTOM, SID Data Model & Oracle RODOD/RSDOD Solution
