Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation projects.
• Configure and optimize Oracle ERP modules: AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GL, Procurement, Sales Order Management.
• Work on functional and technical aspects, including backend data structures for master and transactional data.
• Support source-to-target mapping and ensure data integrity during migrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide ERP solutions.
• Provide guidance on best practices, process optimization, and ERP system enhancements.
• Act as an ERP SME, supporting internal teams and stakeholders.
  

Mandatory Skills / Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in ERP, with 7–10 years relevant in Oracle ERP implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle ERP modules: AP, AR, Fixed Assets, GL, Procurement, Sales Order Management.
• Good understanding of ERP configuration, functionality, and backend processes.
• Strong knowledge of source-to-target mapping and data migration.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide SME guidance.
  

Good-to-Have

• Experience with other ERP platforms such as JD Edwards or Dynamics AX.
• Exposure to ERP reporting and analytics.
• Familiarity with workflow optimization and process automation in Oracle ERP.
