Oracle Technical Support Sales & Distribution (OM/INV) + Oracle SOA Developer

As an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Consultant with expertise in Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV) modules, your role will primarily involve providing production support and developing integrations for Oracle EBS applications to enhance business-critical processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing L2/L3 technical support for Oracle EBS Sales & Distribution (Order Management & Inventory). - Resolving production support tickets related to order stuck issues, shipping execution errors, reservation mismatches, and interface failures. - Troubleshooting order-to-cash cycle issues and working closely with functional teams for issue resolution. - Performing root cause analysis and delivering permanent fixes for recurring problems. - Creating and maintaining technical documentation for ticket resolution and knowledge sharing. - Designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle SOA Suite components for integrations with EBS. - Developing and supporting web services (REST/SOAP) for external systems integration. - Configuring and troubleshooting Oracle XML Gateway for inbound/outbound transactions. - Building and enhancing PL/SQL packages, interfaces, conversions, extensions, workflows, and reports. - Collaborating with functional consultants to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions. Your qualifications should include: - 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Technical (R12.1 / R12.2). - Strong expertise in Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV) modules. - Proven experience in resolving production tickets with proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher. - Knowledge of SOA Suite 11g/12c development, Oracle XML Gateway, API development, web services, integration troubleshooting, performance tuning, and error handling. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
