Ability to work collaboratively across various functional areas like ERP, HCM, EPM, SCM and CX. Should be able to work on cloud / SaaS solutions and on-premises solutions of Oracle. Mentor, Guide and monitor technical / development team members and be responsible for technical delivery for the entire organization across multiple customers. Primary Technical Skills: Oracle Techno Functional in various functional applications with detailed knowledge on different table structures Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database technologies. This individual will be responsible for managing, implementing, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules while ensuring that month-end closing processes are smooth and accurate. As a Functional Leader , you will lead and guide the team on financial system configurations, customizations, and integrations, and work closely with the Finance and IT departments to optimize the system for month-end close activities and other financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Month-End Closing & Financial Reporting: Manage Month-End Closing : Oversee the month-end closing process in Oracle Financials, ensuring accurate posting of transactions, reconciliations, and timely financial reporting. Support Financial Teams : Work with the Finance team to resolve any month-end issues, including journal entries, Reconciliations, and report generation.
