We are looking for an Oracle Supply Chain Consultant to support our global Oracle Cloud ERP solution. This role will collaborate with team members, solution architects, and business stakeholders to ensure the proper design, implementation, and support of Forecast to Plan (F2P), Quote to Cash (Q2C), and Plan to Produce (P2P) business functions. The consultant will be responsible for modules covering Supply/Demand Planning, Replenishment Planning, Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Global Order Promising, Inventory, Manufacturing, Costing, Quality, and Engineering.
Configure and document Oracle F2P, Q2C, and P2P modules.
Develop design specifications, process flows, and test plans.
Resolve production support tickets and manage Oracle service requests.
Create and maintain training materials.
Test and document Oracle system functionalities and processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to interpret and prioritize requirements.
Provide 24/7 support during production cutovers and go-live events.
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Production Support Analyst.
3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion in F2P, Q2C, or P2P domains.
Experience with BI Publisher, Analysis reports, and SQL is a plus.
Prior experience in Oracle EBS is preferred.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, costing, and quality control.
