Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Oracle Project Accounting Functional Consultant

with

8+ years of expertise

Oracle Project Costing and Project Billing Modules

. The ideal candidate will have experience in

Oracle Applications (R12.1.3 & above)

, having worked on

multiple implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects

. Proficiency in

English and Korean

is required, along with strong

business-facing skills, workshop facilitation, and user training experience

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Oracle Project Accounting implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
in
manufacturing industry
environments.
Configure and enhance
Oracle Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Management
modules based on business requirements.
Facilitate
business workshops, CRP (Conference Room Pilots), SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and Go-Live support
.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define
business processes, configurations, and integrations
.
Prepare
configuration documents, functional design documents (CEMLI components), and user training materials
.
Provide post-implementation
support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
.
Work closely with
technical teams for data migration, integrations, and reporting solutions
.
Develop and execute
SQL queries
for data validation and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with
Oracle AIM documentation standards
.
Support
Agile methodologies
in project execution, ensuring adaptability to changing business needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years

of experience in

Oracle Applications (R12.1.3 & above)

with expertise in

Project Accounting modules

Oracle Project Costing
Oracle Project Billing
Oracle Project Management

At least 2-3 full-cycle implementations / upgrades / rollouts

in Oracle Project Accounting.

Strong knowledge of Auto-Accounting concepts

in Oracle Projects & Subledger Accounting.

Good to have experience in Project Manufacturing & MFG industry integrations

Proficiency in SQL

for writing/executing queries using SQL Developer.

Strong business-facing skills

with experience in conducting workshops, training, and stakeholder management.

Fluency in English & Korean

is mandatory.

Experience in Agile methodologies

is a plus.
