Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in core manufacturing modules and be well-versed in both implementation projects and ongoing production support. The consultant will play a key role in designing and delivering solutions that optimize business processes across discrete and process manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and contribute to end-to-end implementations of Oracle Manufacturing modules including WIP, BOM, Routings, Costing, Quality, MES, and INV.

· Provide functional production support for Oracle EBS Manufacturing applications.

· Gather business requirements, analyze gaps, and translate them into functional specifications.

· Configure manufacturing modules to meet client requirements and industry best practices.

· Coordinate with technical teams for RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows) components.

· Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT, and support cutover and go-live activities.

· Perform root cause analysis of production issues and provide timely resolution.

· Support key business events including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.

· Develop user documentation and deliver training to business users.

· Collaborate closely with SCM, Finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant.

· Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules:

o Work in Process (WIP)

o Bills of Material (BOM)

o Routing

o Cost Management

o Inventory (INV)

o Discrete and Process Manufacturing

o Oracle Quality

· Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation and multiple support engagements.

· Familiarity with PL/SQL for functional troubleshooting and data analysis.

· Excellent documentation and communication skills.

· Proven ability to work independently and manage client interactions.
