Job Summary:

HCM Techno-Functional Systems Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide production support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, HCM extracts, reporting tools (Oracle BIP), and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to resolve system/application-specific issues.
  • Manage vendor performance, ensuring adherence to SLA, KPI, and ITIL operational standards.
  • Lead efforts to resolve Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) and identify operational bottlenecks.
  • Plan and perform complex system configurations and impact analysis of system changes.
  • Manage stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems.
  • Create and maintain detailed system configuration documentation and SOPs.
  • Drive continuous improvement through customer feedback and proactive performance optimization.
  • Lead software changes into production and non-production environments.
  • Conduct performance tuning and recommend preventive measures for recurring problems.
  • Evaluate and plan new application package requirements..

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR 11 years total IT/operations experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience:

    Minimum

    4 years

    technical

    and

    functional experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, HCM extracts, Oracle BIP, and system integrationsMinimum

    5 years

    in end-to-end application production supportMinimum

    2 years

    in a lead role working with IT or operational teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in administration & configuration of large off-the-shelf applications
  • Experience interacting with senior leadership (Director-level and above)
  • Leadership experience in large, matrixed organizations
  • Vendor management experience
  • Strong documentation & SOP writing skills
  • Excellent client interaction & requirement gathering abilities
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
