Job Description

You should possess functional knowledge in the Compensation and Equity area of Oracle, which is a plus. As an HCM Techno-Functional Engineer or Integration Engineer, you should have a core expertise in HCM extract, HCM API integration, and HDL imports. While added expertise in Mulesoft is highly desirable, it is not mandatory. Your responsibilities will include Oracle HCM Tech tasks such as Integrations, Data Conversion, Reports, Fast Formulas, and OIC (Optional), along with functional coverage. You should have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL. Optional experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) will be a strong advantage. Your problem-solving skills should be strong, enabling you to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Additionally, you are expected to have excellent communication and documentation skills.,
