Role & Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle HCM solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM and related technologies.- Customize Oracle HCM modules and integrate various business applications within a remote consulting framework.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and troubleshoot issues.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.- Provide expert-level support and system enhancements for Oracle HCM applications.- Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Must-Have : 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM development and technical customizations.
