Oracle HCM OTL Functional Consultant

You will be working as an Oracle HCM OTL Functional Consultant at WillWare Technologies with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a full-time onsite role based in Bengaluru, Kolkata, or Gurugram, following IST work timings. Your primary responsibilities will include designing and configuring objects related to OTL, having a strong understanding of time and attendance aspects such as time entry, approvals, absences, schedules, and their interactions with different systems. You will be required to prepare documents like functional specifications and configuration workbooks, along with functional test scripts that need to be uploaded in the specified tools. Additionally, you will be responsible for running CRP and SIT test scripts, providing requirements to the technical team related to FFs, reports, and interfaces, and conducting UAT with the customer while ensuring timely resolution of defects. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the technical team to meet the project requirements effectively.,
