Job Description

Job Overview:

The Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM applications. The role involves understanding business requirements, designing system solutions, providing functional expertise, and ensuring seamless integration of HCM modules with other business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze HR and payroll requirements.
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including
Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Time & Labor, Talent Management, and Compensation
.
Design and deliver functional specifications, test cases, and solution documentation.
Support integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, payroll, or benefits systems).
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth operations post-implementation.
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing application support.
Participate in data migration, validation, and system upgrade activities.
Ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud best practices and compliance standards.
Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test reports, dashboards, and workflows.
