The role at Wipro Limited involves creating exceptional architectural solution designs and providing thought leadership to enable delivery teams to ensure exceptional client engagement and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests, ensuring scalability, reliability, and manageability of systems - Providing solutioning for RFPs received from clients and ensuring overall design assurance - Analyzing technology environment, enterprise specifics, and client requirements to develop collaboration solution design frameworks - Providing technical leadership for the design, development, and implementation of custom solutions using modern technology - Articulating, documenting, and selling architectural targets, recommendations, and reusable patterns - Evaluating and recommending solutions to integrate with the overall technology ecosystem - Collaborating with various IT groups to transition tasks, ensure performance, and manage issues to resolution - Enabling delivery teams by providing optimal delivery solutions and frameworks - Building and maintaining relationships with executives, technical leaders, product owners, and other stakeholders - Managing multiple projects and reporting status while adhering to project management standards - Identifying and preparing risk mitigation plans for technical, process, and structural risks in projects - Recommending tools for reuse and automation to improve productivity and reduce cycle times - Supporting pre-sales teams in presenting solution designs to clients and negotiating requirements - Developing Proof of Concepts, case studies, and demos for new growth areas based on market research - Mentoring developers, designers, and junior architects for their career development and enhancement - Managing team resourcing, talent management, performance management, and employee satisfaction and engagement Required Skills: Oracle Fusion HCM - Global HR Experience: 8-10 Years Join Wipro to be a part of a modern, end-to-end digital transformation partner.
