Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Oracle HCM Consultant. The Oracle HCM Consultant will be responsible for managing and optimizing Human Capital Management (HCM) processes within an organization. This includes implementing Oracle HCM solutions, consulting on HR-related matters, and ensuring that employee benefits and human resources strategies are aligned with organizational objectives. The role will require close collaboration with various departments to support and guide them in leveraging Oracle HCM solutions effectively.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM), Human Capital, and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in Employee Benefits and HR Consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Experience with Oracle HCM solutions is a plus
