Oracle HCM Cloud Developer

• Should have at-least 6+ years experience
• Hands-on experience in developing and testing Oracle PL/SQL routines.
• Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle EBS HCM table structures.
• Proficient in creating and managing BIP Reports, HCM Extracts, and HDL.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and ATOM Feeds (nice to have).
• Basic functional knowledge of Cloud HCM modules such as Payroll, Core HR, Benefits, and ORC.
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in an agile environment.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
