Job Description

As the leader of the Oracle Fusion technical development and integration team, you will be responsible for managing resource allocation, task prioritization, and technical delivery timelines. Your role will involve owning the architecture and design of Oracle Fusion customizations, extensions, and integrations. This includes utilizing platforms such as PaaS for extensions, OIC and SOA for integrations, as well as REST/SOAP protocols. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the management of Oracle Cloud and ATP database resources, ensuring scalability and development in Oracle APEX solutions. It will be crucial to define data migration strategies, maintain quality, performance, and scalability of technical solutions, and provide guidance on Fusion data models, security frameworks, and reporting tools like BI Publisher and OTBI. Collaboration with functional teams, business analysts, core business users, and project managers will be essential to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Your involvement in planning, estimation, and delivery of Oracle Fusion modules and custom solutions will be key to the success of projects. Additionally, you will be expected to report technical project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, oversee the development of APIs, web services, and connectors using Oracle Integration Cloud or other middleware tools, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, and manage technical incidents while collaborating with Oracle Support for issue resolution. Ensuring system uptime, performance tuning, and maintainability will be part of your regular tasks, along with adherence to change control, security policies, and audit requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, configuration details, and custom development information. Your role will also involve managing Oracle Fusion Quarterly patch upgrades, involving understanding the update schedule, reviewing patch contents for business impact, planning and communicating the upgrade process, testing in the appropriate environments, deploying fixes and adjustments, validating post-upgrade results, and providing documentation and knowledge transfer as needed.,
