Oracle Fusion Technical Developer

As an Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in developing, customizing, and maintaining BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS reports to meet business requirements. Your strong communication and analytical skills will be essential in working closely with functional teams to translate reporting needs into technical solutions. You will design and support data models, dashboards, and analytics within the Fusion environment, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise. Timely delivery of reports and adherence to performance and quality standards will be key, as you collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, customize, and maintain BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS reports based on business requirements. - Gather reporting needs from functional teams and translate them into technical solutions. - Design and support data models, dashboards, and analytics within the Fusion environment. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Fusion reports and data extracts. - Ensure timely delivery of reports while maintaining performance and quality standards. - Collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven experience with Oracle Fusion BI, OTBI, and FRS reporting tools. - Good understanding of Fusion Cloud data model and subject areas. - Proficiency in SQL and data analysis. - Experience in integrating Fusion reports with other enterprise applications is a plus.
