Role Overview

Oracle Fusion Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the

  Technical Architect

  for Oracle Fusion Procurement implementations, ensuring best practices and robust architecture design.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, validate business needs, and drive solution discussions.
  
• Provide

  end-to-end technical design

  for Oracle Procurement Cloud, including integration with third-party systems like

  Procure AI, Oracle UCM, SharePoint

  , and other enterprise applications.
• Ensure alignment of solution design with overall enterprise architecture and integration framework.
  
• Configure, customize, and extend Oracle Procurement modules as per project requirements.
  
• Define and manage

  workflows, inter-process dependencies, and data/business validations

  within Oracle Fusion.
• Lead and support development teams by providing

  technical direction, design documents, and code reviews

  .
• Build, deploy, and monitor integrations using

  APIs, SOAP/REST Web Services, XML, XSLT, and BPEL

  .
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and resolve integration or workflow-related issues.
  
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration flows, and deployment guidelines.
  
• Provide

  knowledge transfer and mentoring

  to the broader development and client team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years

  of strong experience as a Technical Consultant/Architect in

  Oracle Fusion Applications

  , with primary focus on the

  Procurement module

  .
• Proven exposure to

  Oracle Procurement Cloud functionalities

  such as Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, and Supplier Qualification.
• Deep understanding of

  Oracle Fusion Technical Architecture

  , including integration patterns, extensions, and connectivity models.
• Strong expertise in

  APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, and BPEL

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  workflow configurations, approvals, inter-module dependencies, and validation logic

  .
• Experience in integrating

  third-party tools and AI-based solutions

  with Oracle Procurement.
• Knowledge of

  Oracle UCM, SharePoint integration

  , and document management systems.
• Familiarity with

  security roles, data access, and compliance requirements

  in Oracle Cloud applications.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with ability to drive conversations with senior stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with

  onshore/offshore development teams

  and provide leadership in technical delivery.

Preferred/Good to Have

• Exposure to other Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
  
• Prior experience working in

  Middle East client environments

• Knowledge of

  AI/ML-based procurement solutions

  and their integration with ERP.
• Oracle certifications in Procurement or Cloud Integration tools.
