Job Summary:

The Oracle Fusion ERP Specialist will be responsible for providing functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules, including Finance, Payables, General Ledger (GL) Accounting, and Reporting. This role requires expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, SmartView, and SQL to generate reports and analyze financial data. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and support key business functions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for Oracle Fusion ERP, including troubleshooting, reporting, and user assistance.


• Track and resolve business user requests related to Oracle Fusion ERP using a ticketing system.


• Perform root cause analysis and resolution of production issues.


• Analyze, design, configure, and test enhancements to Oracle Fusion ERP modules.


• Ensure system modifications align with business needs and industry best practices.


• Identify and implement process automation opportunities within Oracle ERP.


• Participate in Oracle Fusion Financials projects, including new module implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.


• Develop and modify reports using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), SmartView, and SQL.


• Support ad-hoc data requests from finance and accounting teams for reporting and analysis.


• Ensure accurate and efficient data extraction and visualization for financial decision-making.


• Work cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and IT teams to optimize Oracle Fusion ERP functionalities.


• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security guidelines, and change management processes.


• Conduct user training sessions to improve adoption and proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP.


• Provide late-night production support and weekend implementation work as required.


• Ensure all system changes are properly tested and documented before deployment.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP support and implementation.


• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules, particularly Finance, Payables, General Ledger (GL) Accounting, and ERP-related functions.


• Strong proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, SmartView, and SQL for financial data analysis and reporting.


• Demonstrated understanding of finance and accounting principles with ERP system implementation experience.


• Ability to clearly describe end-to-end financial processes, key integration points, and cross-functional dependencies.


• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive consensus and explain complex concepts to business users.


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring timely issue resolution and system enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the finance and accounting industry.


• Oracle Financials certification highly recommended.


• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud security, workflows, and configurations.


• Prior experience working in an enterprise-level ERP environment.
