Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance Business Analyst

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance Business Analyst to join our IT department. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in ERP systems, with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance modules. This role will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and supporting the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance applications.

• Collaborate with finance and accounting stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and document functional specifications for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance modules (GL, AP, AR etc.).
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance applications to meet business needs.
• Lead or support implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper integration and data flow between systems.
• Develop and execute test plans, including unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
• Stay current with Oracle updates and new features and assess their impact on business processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 610 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP systems, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance.
• Strong understanding of finance business processes and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications

• Oracle Cloud ERP certification(s).
• Experience with integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
