Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Financial Functional Consultant specializing in General Ledger (GL) and Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS). The role involves implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Financials modules to ensure seamless intercompany accounting, reporting, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle GL and AGIS modules.
Analyze and map business requirements to Oracle financial functionalities.
Configure Chart of Accounts, ledgers, journal entries, and intercompany setups.
Manage AGIS transactions, approval workflows, and intercompany balancing rules.
Support period close activities, reconciliations, and reporting.
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, interfaces, and data migration.
Create Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Test Scripts for UAT.
Provide end-user training, post-implementation support, and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 / Oracle Cloud Financials – GL & AGIS.
Deep understanding of journal entries, allocations, reporting, and intercompany accounting.
Functional expertise in multi-ledger, multi-currency environments.
Experience with financial close processes and reconciliations.
Good knowledge of AP, AR, and Cash Management integration points with GL/AGIS.
Ability to create SQL queries for data validation and analysis (added advantage).
Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.
Professional certifications like Oracle Financials Cloud Certification preferred.
