Key Responsibilities: - Lead and drive OFSAA implementation and consulting projects - Manage practice level engagements and drive business growth - Ensure fulfillment of business goals, meeting budgets, and maintaining strategic direction - Oversee the quality of delivery by consultants within engagements Qualifications Required: - Good communication and presentation skills for client interaction - Experience in working with clients throughout various stages of implementation lifecycle - Ability to develop innovative approaches and business opportunities for expanding practice footprint - Proficiency in managing ETL (such as ODI, INFORMATICA, etc.) and Reporting (OBIEE, POWERBI, etc.) applications - Strong command over SQL-PL/SQL and ability to design transformations - Experience in OFSAA staging and reporting data model - Familiarity with OFSAA EPM, ERM, FCCM, IFRS solutions - Strong understanding of data lineage and proficiency in building load utility tools - Ability to lead large teams and ensure exceptional client services - Experience in man management and conducting consultancy assignments - Prioritization of deliveries in conjunction with the implementation team - Proactive, logical, and organized approach to problem resolution - Strong ability to articulate problems and propose solutions effectively EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in capital markets.
