Your contributions will play a pivotal role in creating a more inclusive and progressive working world for all. - Lead and drive OFSAA implementation projects, overseeing consulting projects and practice-level engagements - Identify innovative approaches to expand the practice's presence within the client ecosystem - Direct business operations and consulting resources to support clients in OFSAA solution implementation - Evaluate and mitigate business risks to achieve practice objectives - Ensure strategic alignment, sustainable growth, high-quality consulting delivery, and positive client feedback - Manage large teams to deliver exceptional client services - Oversight of ETL (e.g., ODI, INFORMATICA) and Reporting (e.g., OBIEE, POWERBI) applications - Responsible for operational, financial, and people metrics, as well as overall business outcomes - Proficient in OFSAA EPM, ERM, FCCM, IFRS solutions, and relevant architectural components - Strong expertise in SQL-PL/SQL, OFSAA staging and reporting data model, and data model enhancements - Foster innovation and automation initiatives Qualification Required: - Previous experience with OFSAA implementations or a background in Financial Services - Ability to lead large teams and deliver exceptional client services - Proficiency in OFSAA staging and reporting data model - Skilled in developing load utility tools like OFSAA Excel File Upload, File to Table (F2T), Table to Table (T2T), Unified Metadata Manager, SCD, AMHM, etc. - Strong prioritization skills, proactive problem-solving approach, and logical thinking - Effective communication of issues and proposed solutions - Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to evolving requirements,
