Oracle Finance Functional Lead/Consultant

As an Oracle Finance Functional Lead/Consultant at Wipro Limited, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, providing consulting services, and ensuring seamless integration across systems. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, developing effective solutions to enhance financial operations, and leading functional deliverables for projects and internal enhancements. You will be required to write and execute test scripts to validate scenarios in all finance modules, work on bug fixing activities in Oracle EBS R12.2.12 functional area of Finance modules, and resolve functional issues identified during the upgrade process. Additionally, you will develop, implement, and maintain a knowledge base system for code inventory maintenance, and work closely with cross-functional teams as part of project deliverables. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science/information technology, have a minimum of six years of experience in developing solutions for Oracle's e-business suite, and experience in at least two full life cycle Oracle implementations. Hands-on experience in modules like AR, AP, GL, CM, along with knowledge of Oracles development tools and TCA architecture is essential. Proficiency in writing SQL queries, understanding the overall architecture of Oracle E-Business Suite, and engaging with Oracle Support to resolve issues are also required. Certification in Oracle will be considered an added advantage. In addition to technical skills, you should possess excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to learn new concepts and technologies, strong analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving skills. Your presentation and interpersonal skills will be crucial in effectively working in a multi-cultural environment. Being highly organized, a self-starter, and having measurable experience across all aspects of the system development lifecycle methodology are key attributes for success in this role. Working with team leads to determine design approaches and maintaining knowledge of industry trends and best practices will also be part of your responsibilities.,
