Role Overview: As a System Analyst at the IT and AI Solutions Provider, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and maintain the day-to-day operations of the Oracle ERP system. You will collaborate with end-users, business stakeholders, and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly. Additionally, you will contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of Oracle ERP enhancements, upgrades, and new modules. Your role will involve supporting data integration between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems, identifying process improvements, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and maintain the day-to-day operations of the Oracle ERP system, ensuring smooth performance and timely resolution of technical or functional issues. - Collaborate with end-users, business stakeholders, and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems promptly. - Contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of Oracle ERP enhancements, upgrades, and new modules. - Support and manage data integration between Oracle ERP and other enterprise systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. - Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance system efficiency. - Analyse business processes and recommend improvements in Oracle ERP. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system configuration and customization. - Ensure system configurations comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. - Generate and analyse reports to provide insights into system performance and business operations. - Module: Order Management, Finances, Sales, Inventory, General Ledger, Purchasing, Shipping. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Proven experience in managing or supporting Oracle ERP systems (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, or similar). - Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, or Manufacturing. - Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP configuration, troubleshooting, and system support. - Good knowledge of database concepts (Oracle SQL/PLSQL) and system performance monitoring. - Understanding of IT governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements related to ERP systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with end-users, business stakeholders, and technical teams. - Experience with Oracle ERP upgrades, patching, and migration projects is an advantage.
