About the Role :We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Consultant with a strong background in HRMS, SCM, and Technical (Apex) development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing Oracle EBS modules and developing applications using Oracle APEX. This is a key role that involves working with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective Oracle ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead or support the implementation and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, particularly HRMS and SCM.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Customize and configure Oracle EBS applications to meet organizational needs.
Develop, test, and deploy applications using Oracle APEX.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Oracle EBS modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Oracle ERP solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal standards.
Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
Conduct user training and prepare relevant documentation as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), including :

HRMS (Human Resource Management System)
SCM (Supply Chain Management)
Technical modules
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX development.
Strong understanding of Oracle database structures, PL/SQL, and APIs.
Proven ability to analyze, design, and implement complex ERP systems.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

Oracle certifications in relevant modules.
Experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) applications.
Previous experience working in large-scale ERP implementations.
Knowledge of integration tools and middleware.
