Oracle EPM (EPBCS/FCCS/PCMCS/NRCS) - Assistant Manager

Job Description: As an Oracle EPM Consultant at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in EPBCS, PCMCS, NRCS, and FCCS modules to assist clients in achieving operational excellence through digital transformation. With a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, you will play a crucial role in re-imagining the digital future of businesses in Mumbai / Pune. Your primary responsibilities will include working closely with finance teams to gather and document business requirements, design and configure Oracle EPM Cloud applications, and participate in data integration activities. You will be expected to have completed at least 2 Implementation or Support projects and possess hands-on experience in at least 2 EPM modules. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting system testing, consulting users on financial processes such as Consolidation, Budget preparation, and Reporting, and delivering demo sessions and trainings. Your strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of projects. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Having Oracle EPM Cloud certifications, such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist or Oracle Certified Cloud Implementation Specialist, will be considered a plus. Your knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes, along with a deep understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, will be key in driving the future vision of our clients.
