Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Management

  :

  Gather and analyze requirements

  for Oracle EPM solutions, translating business needs into technical specifications.

• ARCS Implementation

  : Lead and participate in the implementation of

  End-to-End Projects of ARCS

  , encompassing solution designing, creation, testing, configuration, and data integration.

• ARCS Configuration

  : Expertly configure various attributes in ARCS, including

  Segment, Process, Risk Rating, Frequency, Account Type, and Aging Profiles

  .

• Reconciliation Expertise

  : Work extensively on

  Account Reconciliations Formats and Profiles

  , and demonstrate

  sound knowledge of both Transaction Matching and Reconciliation Compliance

  .

• Data Integration

  : Possess

  sound knowledge in EPM Data Integration/Data Management

  , including creating Integrations, locations, and data loads.

• Automation

  : Implement

  automation for data load, backup, etc., using both REST API and EPM Automate (batch scripting in Windows)

  .

• Solution Design

  : Understand data flow in data warehouses and

  design solutions based on business requirements

  .

• Project Delivery

  : Ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and project timelines.

• Communication

  : Utilize

  strong communication skills

  to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Required Skills and Experience

• Expertise in

  gathering and analyzing requirements

  for EPM.
• Experience in implementing at least

  2 End-to-End Projects of ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)

  , covering designing, creating solutions, testing, configuration, and data integration.
• Proficiency in the

  configuration of various attributes in ARCS

  : Segment, Process, Risk Rating, Frequency, Account Type, Aging Profiles.
• Experience in working on

  Account Reconciliations Formats and Profiles

  .

• Sound knowledge on both Transaction Matching and Reconciliation Compliance

  .

• Sound knowledge in EPM Data Integration/Data Management
