Oracle EBS Techno Functional Lead Finance

As an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Techno-Functional Lead, you will be responsible for providing L2/L3 support for finance modules on the Oracle EBS 12.2.3 platform. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting ongoing operations of Oracle EBS 12.2.3 platform, focusing on finance modules such as AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Vertex, OneSource, and Cash Management. - Driving root cause analysis (RCA) and ensuring timely issue resolution within SLA timelines. - Creating and maintaining functional and technical documentation, SOPs, and support guides. - Participating in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and following change control processes. - Collaborating with business and IT teams to track issues accurately and facilitate timely resolution. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams and onshore/offshore resources for effective issue management. - Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process and performance enhancements. Qualifications required for this role include: - 6+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance. - Deep expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle Finance. - Proven experience in providing techno-functional support for Oracle EBS Finance modules. - Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in performing root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents. - Ability to work collaboratively with teams and drive process improvements.,
