Title: Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: FTE

• Act as a production support analyst, handling day-to-day supply chain tickets and helping business users resolve transactional/process issues.
• Support order-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles, ensuring smooth processing and timely issue resolution.
• Work with business teams to replicate standardized plant setups during expansions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues, document solutions, and contribute to process improvements.
• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and assist in user training.
• Collaborate with technical teams on reports, customizations, and integrations.
• Over time, contribute to EBS-to-Fusion migration projects, bringing expertise from both EBS and Fusion SCM modules.

Skills & Experience Required

• 1215 years of Oracle EBS SCM functional experience in both support and implementation roles.

Strong expertise in:

• Purchasing (PO)
• Order Management (OM)
• Inventory (INV)
• iProcurement
• Bill of Materials (BOM) / Work in Process (WIP)
• Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 (11i experience is an added plus).
• Exposure to Fusion SCM modules (Procurement, OM, Inventory, etc.); at least a couple of Fusion implementations or hybrid support experiences preferred.
• Solid background in production support, handling SLAs, resolving issues, and ensuring business continuity.
• Demonstrated experience in multiple implementations and migrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to analyze exceptions, research solutions, and troubleshoot effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including progress updates and meeting documentation

Good to Have

• Knowledge of EBS–Fusion coexistence and migration models.
• Understanding of SCM integration with Finance modules (AP, GL).
• Exposure to Projects Manufacturing and Advanced Pricing.
• Experience with International Localizations.
• Familiarity with SQL Developer for troubleshooting and validations.
