  • Ensure compliance with Oracle standards and best practices for secure and efficient codes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR data interfaces and API failure
  • Participate in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades (R12.2.7), and support initiatives
  • Collaborate with middleware/integration teams for web services (REST/SOAP) where applicable.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including MD050, MD070, and test scripts


Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HR Technical Consultant.
