Oracle Cloud ERP - Sr. Finance Technical Consultant

We are Hiring experienced consultants for a multi-year Oracle ERP Fusion Project for a US Public Sector.

Sr. Finance Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation, customization, and integration of finance-related systems (ERP/financial modules).

• Analyze business requirements, design scalable solutions, and translate them into technical specifications.

• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting

• Develop functional and technical documentation, workflows, and training material.

• Troubleshoot system issues, provide technical support, and recommend process improvements.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, and Business Operations) to ensure alignment on deliverables.

• Support system upgrades, testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 35 years of experience

• finance processes and accounting principles

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or similar).

• Experience in system configuration, customization, and integration with third-party applications.

• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex finance & system issues.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• cloud finance solutions (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, Workday, etc.)

• automation tools (RPA, workflow automation)

• finance analytics, dashboards, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)

• Professional certification (CA, CPA, CFA, or ERP certifications like SAP FI, Oracle Financials) is an advantage.
