Oracle CC&B Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications within Oracle CC&B or C2M.
• Design and develop customizations using

  OUAF

  framework and

  Java/Groovy

  .
• Create and maintain

  Batch programs

  ,

  Algorithms

  ,

  Plug-ins

  ,

  User Exits

  , and

  Change Handler programs

  to meet functional needs.
• Develop and configure

  Business Objects, Service Scripts, Zones, Portals, and UI Maps

  within CC&B/C2M.
• Perform

  unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution

  for developed components.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Participate in performance tuning and troubleshooting of existing custom components.
• Support deployment activities and provide post-production support as required.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all developed components.

Technical Skills Required:

• Core Technologies:

  Java, Groovy scripting

• Oracle Utilities Suite:

  CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) or C2M (Customer to Meter)

• Framework:

  Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)

• Key Components:

  Batch programs, Algorithms, Plug-ins, User Exits, Change Handlers

• Database:

  Oracle SQL / PL-SQL

• Tools:

  Oracle Developer Tools, Eclipse / IntelliJ, Jenkins (for CI/CD), SVN/Git
