✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Oracle ERP R12 implementations and enhancements
• Design, develop, and deploy customizations using

  PL/SQL, Workflows, WebADI, APIs, Reports, AOL

• Collaborate with functional teams to provide solutions across

  GL, FAH, AGIS

• Drive integration and migration activities including

  Oracle ERP Cloud

  and

  OIC

• Guide and mentor technical team members and ensure best practices
• Engage in project planning using

  Agile and Waterfall

  methodologies
• Ensure compliance with

  Change Management

  processes
• Interact with stakeholders and business users with strong communication and leadership skills

✅ Required Skills:

• 8+ years of technical experience in

  Oracle ERP R12

• Strong in

  PL/SQL, Workflows, WebADI, APIs, Reports (BI Publisher/RDF), AOL

• Functional exposure to

  GL, FAH, AGIS

  modules
• Preferably 1+ implementation in

  Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials)

  using

  OIC

• Strong design thinking and problem-solving approach
• Hands-on in both

  Agile and Waterfall

  project environments
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and client-facing communication skills
