Job Description

Position: Machine Operator
Location: Loni, GhaziabadDepartment: Production / ManufacturingReporting To: Production Supervisor / Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor assigned machine(s) efficiently and safely.
Set up machines with correct tools, dies, or programs as per job order.
Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, or job cards.
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, micrometers).
Maintain production quality and minimize rejections.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness around the workstation.
Perform basic machine maintenance and report any breakdowns.
Support team members to achieve production targets.

Qualifications & Skills

ITI / Diploma / 10+2 with relevant machine operation experience.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and measuring tools.
Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
Minimum [X] years of experience in [specific machine operation, e.g., press brake/CNC/lathe].
Good teamwork, discipline, and safety awareness.
