About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Support Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our business processes. The role involves coordinating with different teams, maintaining records, troubleshooting operational issues, and supporting overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily business operations to ensure seamless workflow.

• Coordinate with customer support, and technical teams to resolve issues quickly.

• Maintain reports, trackers, and operational documentation.

• Assist in implementation of new processes, SOPs, and compliance requirements.

• Identify gaps in operations and suggest process improvements.

• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.

• Support management in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business, Commerce, Operations, or related field).

• 1–2 years of experience in operations / administration / support.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
