About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, improve processes, and ensure seamless coordination across teams and vendors. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and operational expertise to drive efficiency, maintain customer satisfaction, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors for smooth operations.
• Enhance efficiency of existing processes, systems, and workflows to strengthen organizational capacity.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, communication, and operational infrastructure.
• Take ownership of escalated customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by defining problems clearly and resolving them promptly.
• Bring order, structure, and management focus to customer challenges for complete satisfaction.
• Perform regular maintenance and servicing of MIS systems to optimize efficiency.
• Oversee warehouse and vendor management to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5–9 years in operations/warehouse/vendor management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (basic functions).
• Proven track record in process improvement and team management.
• Ability to handle escalations and operational challenges effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
