About the Role:

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure timely execution of business processes.
• Manage and optimize workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Act as the point of contact for customers and clients, addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, sales, and customer service.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations executives/coordinators.
• Drive initiatives related to supply chain, logistics, and order fulfillment (for e-commerce/D2C operations).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 7+ years of experience in operations management.
• Prior experience in

  e-commerce, logistics, or D2C organizations

  is highly preferred.
• Strong

  customer-facing skills

  with the ability to handle escalations professionally.
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and workflow optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
