Operations Manager

The Back Office Operations Manager oversees the support functions essential to the smooth running of a business and client-facing. Responsibilities include managing data processing, compliance, and internal systems. This role includes overseeing service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring that internal and external performance standards are consistently met.

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily back-office operations (e.g., data entry, reconciliations, reporting)
• Analyze performance metrics and report on SLA compliance
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and Client requirements
• Manage and train back-office Teams
• Liaise with other departments (e.g., finance, IT, HR, Client) to ensure seamless workflows
• Oversee system maintenance and upgrades relevant to operations

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong organizational, analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Operations management
• Strong understanding of process optimization and performance metrics
• Proficiency in relevant tools and systems (e.g., Excel, ERP/CRM platforms)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership and communication skills must have
• B.Com/B.A/MBA/MCA
