Job Description

Manage day-to-day operations of all outlets.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
Maintain brand SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across all locations.
Ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing during operational hours.
Motivate and discipline staff to maintain professionalism and brand values.
Conduct regular skill training and performance evaluations.
Ensure excellent customer service, quick turnaround time, and polite staff interactions.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain high ratings on customer feedback platforms .
Reduce wastage and control food costs while maintaining quality.
Track daily sales, outlet performance, and key operational KPIs.
Work closely with MIS personnel for accurate reporting and forecasting.
Identify underperforming areas and implement corrective actions.
upport outlet-level marketing activities, festival promotions, and new product launches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35.00 - ₹40.00 per month
