Roles & Responsibilities – Network Engineer & Operations Manager

1. Network & IT Responsibilities

• Handle all internet-related issues and coordinate with ISPs when required.
• Perform LAN crimping, jack crimping, and maintain smooth network connectivity.
• Configure and maintain routers, load balancers, and other networking equipment.
• Install and configure CCTV cameras and ensure proper functioning.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance for networking infrastructure.

2. Office Operations Responsibilities

• Client Grievances: Address and resolve client complaints/issues in coordination with management.
• Facility Maintenance: Monitor and resolve issues related to:
• Air conditioning (AC)
• Power supply and backup
• Water supply
• Office and restroom cleanliness
• Table and workspace cleanliness
• General Admin Support:
• Handle official emails and ensure timely responses/action.
• Maintain employee attendance records in Google Sheets.
• Receive and manage couriers/parcels.
• Attend and route incoming calls.

3. Vendor & Infrastructure Management

• Handle vendor coordination and management for infrastructure-related works (AC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, partitions, aluminum/wooden doors, etc.).
• Oversee diesel generator operations, including diesel refilling and maintenance.
• Manage painting works and other office repair/renovation activities.
• Evaluate new vendors, obtain quotations, and present comparisons for management approval.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned to vendors.

4. Access Control & Data Management

• Manage and maintain fingerprint access system:
• Add/remove employees and client fingerprints.
• Ensure proper functioning of biometric systems.
• Maintain customer details, employee records, and other office-related data in Google Sheets/Excel.

5. New Branch Setup & Coordination

• Assist in planning and coordinating end-to-end infrastructure setup for new branches.
• Prepare task lists, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth execution of work with manager’s approval.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
