Operations Management Practitioner

As an Operations Management Practitioner at TekWissen, your role will involve ensuring effective governance and performance of strategic vendor partnerships. You will be responsible for monitoring vendor performance against SLAs, identifying improvements, driving remediation, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. Your key responsibilities will include automating reporting and dashboard development to provide clear visibility into partner performance. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs. - Analyze performance data to identify trends and issues. - Facilitate vendor performance review meetings. - Automate reporting and dashboards for vendor performance in ServiceNow/JIRA. - Participate in incident and problem management processes with vendors. - Maintain strong relationships with vendor contacts. - Contribute to ITSM process improvement related to vendor management. - Ensure vendor compliance with policies and regulations. Skills Required: - ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management) - Jira - Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) Skills Preferred: - ServiceNow - SharePoint - Power Apps - Power BI Experience Required: - 5+ years of experience in vendor management, IT service management, or a related role. - Proven experience working in a multi-vendor landscape. - Strong understanding of ITSM principles and practices (ITIL preferred). - Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
