Job Description

As part of the Ops team, your role primarily would be in managing, ideating executing creative residencies. If you love designing experiences and making it happen, this is for you.

This is for you if:

You need to be efficient, extremely organised, and great at taking notes to shine in this role.

Youve worked in events or production fields in the past, itll be a huge plus
You have a background in hospitality.
The internship can convert into a full-time role after 3 months, basis your performance

Your day-to-day at Experience Co. would look like this:

Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals
Consistently working end to end on action plans, following procedures, managing changes with properties and other vendors
Creating off-beat experiences for our projects and integrating resident preferences
Managing Inventory, maintaining collaterals, and packing them for the upcoming editions
Coordinating with the On-ground team for completion of day-to-day tasks while supporting the back-end team
Monitoring the operation
