We are seeking a passionate and organized Operations Coordinator Intern to support our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operations, scheduling classes, and managing student–tutor coordination.

Maintain and update databases, attendance records, and progress reports.

Coordinate with tutors, students, and parents to ensure seamless communication.

Support onboarding of new students.

Prepare reports and help track performance metrics.

Collaborate with Sales and Academic teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Good communication (English) and interpersonal abilities.

Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Meet, Drive).

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
