Role Overview

As the Operations Head, you will oversee and streamline all aspects of our business operations, including Business Development, Marketing, Client Servicing, and internal coordination. The role requires a proven leader with strong strategic thinking and a passion for scaling businesses.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and manage end-to-end business operations

✅ Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve business targets

✅ Oversee revenue, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability management

✅ Drive cross-functional collaboration with department heads

✅ Identify new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships

✅ Monitor business performance metrics and improve operational efficiency

✅ Represent the company at external meetings, conferences, and industry events

✅ Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to management

Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

💼 6+ years of leadership experience (IT, Digital Marketing, or related sectors preferred)

🌐 Strong experience in business operations, client relations & performance management

🤝 Excellent communication, leadership & team management skills

📊 Strong analytical, problem-solving & strategic planning abilities

⚡ Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
